The CLINTON COUNTY SOCIETY FOR THE PREVENTION OF CRUELTY TO ANIMALS is dedicated to the humane treatment of all domesticated animals. Educational programs are offered to the public in an effort to instruct citizens in the proper care and responsible ownership of animals.

The Clinton County SPCA provides shelter for abandoned, harmed or injured animals and investigates improper treatment of animals. The SPCA also serves as a shelter for animals in times of disaster.

The Clinton County SPCA is a Not-For-Profit organization of volunteers and professionals dedicated to animals protection and the prevention of cruelty to animals throughout the county.

The Guardian Angel program was developed to help more animals find good homes. 

The Friends of the SPCA is a non-profit organization with the twin objective of enriching the community ......,

Release the Beast Walking Program  - A walking program that pairs community volunteers with shelter dogs.  The group meets once a week for a community walk.  This allows the shelter dogs to get exercise and interact with other dogs and people.  With your help, these dogs will become better socialized, more manageable, and more likely to be adopted.
