I am a Shepherd mix, I need a name, a home and surgery. My right rear leg was broken some time ago and never treated. It's causing a few problems, like hindering my movements and must be amputated. Susque Valley Animal Hospital has agreed to do the surgery March 29th at a reasonable cost of four to five hundred dollars. Thank goodness I was dropped off at the Clinton County SPCA, they are willing to have the procedure done and are asking anyone willing to help with the cost to call 570-748-4756 or send a dontation to Clinton County SPCA, 33 Mill Hill Road, Lock Haven, Pa. 17745. Don't forget I need a name and a forever home. Here are four names, please choose one. Lolly, Lola, Diana or Dori. If you have any questions you can contact the Clinton County SPCA.
Update: Lola's surgery on Wednesday was successful and she is doing really well. She was also spayed and given all of her shots. We would like to thank the Clinton County Community for the tremendous outpouring of support!
Update - 5/11/06 - I have been adopted and I’m enjoying my lovely new home and I have 2 new Furry Friends that have taken me under their paws. My new name is “Hitch” I would like to thank everyone who helped the Clinton County SPCA make my surgery possible so I could have a normal and healthy new life. Thanks so much. Hitch
